Aug 19, 2009· Why does everyone with USED aluminum pump jack sets think they are worth SO much $$?? I've been shopping around for a package (2-24ft poles, 2 jacks, 2 benches, 2 braces), and I couldn't believe I found them NEW from a dealer for $843 with FREE shipping.

Jun 26, 2007· As everyone else has said, it is just not worth the risk to use those jacks that work on wood. A brand new alum a pole set around here, (2) 24' poles, (2) brackets, (2) pro jacks, (2) pro bench attachments are $1200 plus tax. An aluminum staging plank is extra. To risk of serious injury or death to save that little money is ridiculous.
